2015

  • Outreach Dual Zone Case Management offers twin data security benefits
  • Charity Commission Trusted Third Parties Service goes live
  • National Heritage Memorial Fund LPOW Service goes online

2014

  • Mobile Data Collection: pilot with Legal Aid Agency including Offline date collection
  • Legal Aid Agency: Online Criminal Legal Aid Applications launched
  • Ofsted: Serious Incident Notifications, Statutory Notifications & New Social Care portal go live

2013

  • CCSkills Council Grant Management System delivered
  • New Online Ofsted Portal goes live
  • Home Office puts 7 online services live with Outreach
  • Criminal Legal Aid: CRM Pilot for Legal Aid Agency
  • Toplevel ISO 27001 uprated to UKAS accredited, ready for PGA certification

2012

  • Outreach certified Microsoft Platform Ready; Toplevel achieves Microsoft Silver status
  • Government launch G-Cloud with aim to shift 50% of IT spend to the Cloudstore by 2015
  • Toplevel Launch 8 G-Cloud services helping government put services online

2011

  • Government focus on speeding up ICT delivery, reducing cost, open to “off-the-shelf” solutions and encouragement of procurement from SME’s all help Toplevel
  • Toplevel rebrand and launch software as “Outreach” Version 10 and deliver first ‘Agile’ implementation.
  • Achieved ISO 27001 Accreditation

2010

  • Following Martha Lane Fox report Government announces commitment to online/digital delivery of services
  • Legal Services Commission, Arts Council England and EU grant processing go online
  • Technology chosen for high profile European regulatory portal

2009 and earlier

  • Heritage Lottery Fund and Commonwealth Scholarship Commission portals go online worldwide
  • Begin supplying government through partnerships on OGC Buying Solutions Framework
  • Released BookingOffice, OfficeProcess and early adopters of both SaaS and customer self-service models
  • e-government targets set out: Ofsted and MoD adopt OfficeForms – MoD e-Form processes rise to 400 by 2009
